Shipping Policy
No matter what type of artwork you purchase, we strive to get it to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read on for shipping details.
For Original Paintings
All original paintings are packaged at Zimme Studio in Madison, Wisconsin, and shipped out within a matter of days. We share tracking information with you via email once we have it.
For Fine Art Prints
All art prints offered on the Zimme Studio website are delivered immediately via email as digital download files in five sizes. Most art prints sold in the Zimme Studio Etsy shop are sold as individual digital files, and a few are also offered as physical paper prints, to be shipped within a week. Stay tuned for more paper print options!
For Home Décor
Currently, all Zimme Studio home décor (wallpaper, fabric, blankets, sheets, placemats, napkins, etc.) is sold via Spoonflower. All items are custom printed and all shipping information comes directly from Spoonflower.
Return Policy
It is our hope that you are thrilled with every piece of art you purchase from Zimme Studio. However, if any issues arise, we invite you to contact us. But please also take a moment to read our return policy.
For Original Paintings
All original works of art are final sale.
We package each piece carefully with the expectation that it will reach you in pristine condition. Please note that we are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.,) or any damage incurred post-delivery.
If, however, your artwork arrives damaged, please email us with a description and photos of the damage and we can discuss what, if any, next steps may be taken.
If your package is marked “delivered” but does not reach your doorstep, please check your confirmation email to make sure you included the correct shipping address. If the package is returned to our studio, we can resend it to you provided you pay the postage fee. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service directly, as, unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end to remedy the situation.
For Fine Art Prints
Due to their digital nature and immediate delivery via email, all digital download fine art prints sold on zimmestudio.com or Etsy are considered final sales.
For Home Décor
All home décor items by Zimme Studio are currently sold via Spoonflower. All items are custom printed and therefore all sales are final.
